Take a look at this image from https://www.apple.com on the iPhone X R.

What do you think of when you see this image?

"Wow, so pretty, so perfect, so shiny, so beautiful, I want it!"

They use the different colors to represent an idea, trying to put an idea in your head, such as: "No matter who you are, you'll find a place in one of our products. No one is overlooked. (Isn't that a Christian concept? Yeah, that's being a Christian, right? Spending all your money, helping the country, and getting pretty products back!)"

That's how Apple hooks you.
So don't let companies like Apple hook you.
I'm not saying don't be a Christian. But Christians are told to be wise with their money, right?
Obviously I'm not saying that it's wrong to buy an iPhone from Apple. But consider the following verse:
Proverbs 22:16 (ESV):

Whoever oppresses the poor to increase his own wealth, or gives to the rich, will only come to poverty.

(Apple implicitly says, without explicitly stating it: Oh, but don't focus on that. Don't think about that. Think about how beautiful this product is and all the things you can do with it.)

Resist the implicit statements through explicit truth. Purify language with purity.
Notice that they use unspoken connotation of colors, to imply,
"We accept everyone. Do you feel alone, excluded? No problem! We have something just for you!"

But they may not actually directly and explicitly state that.

And so the image can be recontextualized. The meaning, in a word, can be changed.

But all these colors are just that: Colors.
Though certain things have an innate and pure meaning to which they tend; inherent meanings are in certain external entities; the meaning is there which God has put into those objects, inherently.

For example, take the rainbow.
From Genesis 9:12ff:
"And God said, 'This is the sign of the covenant that I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for all future generations: I have set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between me and the earth. When I bring clouds over the earth and the bow is seen in the clouds, I will remember my covenant that is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh. And the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh. When the bow is in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.' God said to Noah, 'This is the sign of the covenant that I have established between me and all flesh that is on the earth.'"

The goal is to get the general public, the people, the common person educated, so that others, i.e. "wolves", "snakes", "sharks" -- those with knowledge who use it for wickedness -- so that those "wolves", "snakes" or "sharks" can no longer take advantage of the common person.

One thing our government may do is make us feel like we are free and think we are free, when we really are not free. I'm talking in the sense of suppression of the people.
